Terms

• All chartered sailing yachts are offered with full inventory and with full water and fuel tanks.
• Embarkation is Saturday, at 17:00, disembarkation at 09:00 [With return to base the evening before, (17.00 max) plus overnight].   
• 60 days prior to the embarkation we require crew list, passports copies and sailing licenses copies for the two skippers.
• Included: VAT 12% on the charter total price, full inventory as per inventory list. Outboard engine and 5 liters fuel, is free of charge.
• Excluded: harbor fees, except the first and the last day at the base and extra fuel
• Extra per day: Skipper: 150 euros Hostess: 100 euros

• 10% for early booking (till Jan. 31st)
• 5% for ours repeated customers
• 5% for 2 weeks
• 7% for 3 weeks or for 4 weeks
• Maximum discount 17% 

Service pack obligatory:

Final cleaning, Linen* (one set per person), First fill for outboard engine, Water for the departure, Spare bottle of gas.

• 3cbn yacht: 100 euros
• 4cbn yacht: 130 euros
• 5cbn yacht: 150 euros

*Extra linen, 10 euros per set.

• Advanced provisioning: 20 euros per charter, plus the value of the goods.
• Railing net: 150 euros per charter.
• Pocket Wi-Fi modem: 30 euros per booking for 10GB, 100 euros for 50/80GB.

Payment is via bank transfer. (Payment by AMEX or VISA is possible but commission charges apply – 3.5% and 2.5% respectively). At time of booking: 50% of charter price. 60 days before charter: remaining 50% of charter price.

Extras are payable upon embarkation by cash only.

1 to 59 days prior to departure 100% of total charter price

60 to 89 days prior to departure 30% of total charter price

90 days or more prior to departure 500.00 € of total charter price

Refundable deposit:

Up to 50 feet:    2.000 euros,  

Insurance coverage for the security deposit is STRONGLY advised!

All yachts are properly covered with hull and third party liability for charter business. The client’s liability is limited to the amount of security deposit, unless the cause of damage is gross negligence or an intentional act.
