Koukounaraki apartment 1 is a modern and fully equipped private apartment ideal for families. It is located on the first floor of a residence in the Kalyvia area of Skiathos. It offers spacious living, featuring a bedroom with a king-size bed and another bedroom with twin beds, a living room, kitchen, bathroom with a shower, and a private balcony with seating where you can enjoy the view. Parking space is also provided within the property.
Guest access
We suggest using either a car or a scooter to reach the village, as the apartment is located 3km away. Alternatively, there’s a convenient bus service, Evangelistria – Skiathos, with a stop just 150 meters from the apartment.

Koukounaraki Apartment 2 is a fully equipped private apartment, ideal for families. It is located on the ground floor of a residence in the Kalyvia area of Skiathos. The apartment is spacious, featuring a bedroom with a double bed, a room with a semi-double bed, a large living room with a sofa bed that can accommodate an additional person upon request, a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a garden with seating where you can enjoy the view. A private garage space is also provided (height of entrance 1.90m).
